H.R. 4273 Resolving Environmental and Grid Reliability Conflicts Act of 2012. Bill was passed by the House on August 1, 2012 and referred to the Senate, where it died in committee. This bill was re-introduced as H.R. 271 on Jan 15, 2013 and passed the House on May 22, 2013. Both bills were introduced by Rep. Pete Olson (R-TX) and had bi-partisan House support.
